Nancy was born and raised in Iowa. She and her husband moved to Colorado to be closer to our son and daughter in 1993. They enjoyed camping, fishing, hunting, hiking and sightseeing.
As for Nancy herself, she likes to walk their dog, Gunner, reading, movies, and going to lunch with friends.
Nancy started in real estate in 1976 and in 1992 was offered a position in a bank originating mortgages. With over 45 years in the industry she has seen many changes. Working for Skyridge as a mortgage broker allows her to work with numerous investors with several financing options. Nancy is licensed to originate loans in the whole state of Colorado. She has been blessed with many of her clients becoming close friends. Nancy is available to assist anyone looking to buy or refinance in Colorado and will strive to make the experience easy and helpful.
