For 13 years Jen was co-owner with her husband Dave, of Alliance Medical Services, a medical examination company for life insurance exams. Their company facilitated exams for over 9,000 licensed agents and Jen contracted and managed over 1,100 mobile phlebotomists, registered nurses, and medical doctors in all 50 states. She negotiated contracts with over 100 of the top life insurance carriers in the country. The company was sold in 2003 to Quest Diagnostics who Jen became District Manager for their Western region, and earned District manager of the year in 2005. After her son was born in 2005, she decided to stay home and provide bookkeeping services for several companies. In 2010 Jen and her husband Dave founded Compass Capital Investment Partners, LLC. and purchased and sold 87 residential and commercial properties in four years. In 2014 Jen and Dave formed a non-profit 501c3 called Hope for Los Cabos and moved to Mexico to run the charity for six years. Hope for Los Cabos provides 100% University scholarships to Mexican students who would never be able to attend college and have a family income of a couple hundred dollars a month. They also have provided over 400,000 meals to the poor and built several homes and a children’s feeding center and men’s rehab center. Their charity continues today. Jen is currently a loan officer at Skyridge Lending, LLC. Jen’s professional licensing includes Mortgage Loan Originator and Life and Disability licenses. Jen is a proud parent to four adult children and two adorable grandchildren.
