James Laing entered the mortgage industry in 1999 with a degree in Business Marketing with an emphasis on Management from Southern Nazarene University. He quickly gained a reputation for his persistence in meeting clients’ needs through daily research of market rates and products. He has exhibited a natural ability to effectively structure loans and has worked with over fifty loan officers and been a part of over 7,000 transactions to help structure the loans to make sure each client is getting the best deal for the situation. James has many years of corporate management with different organizations and is excited to lead Skyridge Lending’s group of Executives to help foster a new type of mortgage lender. His primary goal is to lead the effort to help people get out of debt as quickly and soundly as possible while also building wealth through strategic asset and wealth management. James and his wife have six children who are homeschooled. They enjoy many activities together as a family: hiking, fishing, golfing, swimming, sports, traveling, church activities, and playing games at home. Having visited Colorado for years, James and his family were excited to move to Colorado in 2012. He currently resides in the Woodland Park, CO area. They enjoy trips from the Mountains to the Beaches and seeing the beautiful wildlife and nature all around the Country.
