Upon graduating from Oral Roberts University with a degree in Finance and Business Administration, Tim Blair began his career in consumer lending starting in 1988. Tim has spent much of his 30 years in lending in various management positions.
Tim has gained a reputation for his honesty and integrity, as well as going above and beyond to meet his client’s needs. He has learned that the most important service he can provide for his clients is listening to help them define their needs and goals. Once this has been established, he helps them choose the best option and complete the loan process in a simple, efficient manner.ending and is excited to be a part of Skyridge Lending where he can put his skills to work the most.
Tim has ran bank divisions of mortgage lending and is excited to be a part of Skyridge Lending, where he can put his skills to work the most. He brings a can do attitude to the table and helps on several corporate projects. He is motivated to help train our staff, manage loan officers, and help borrowers. That is his favorite part of the business, helping people. Being from a small town in Oklahoma and running his own businesses in the past has given him a special insight into rural properties and self-employed borrowers. He is very understanding of these situations and wants to help out however he can. He gets the job done when many others can’t or are unwilling to.
Tim enjoys his family including kids and grand kids when away from work . His other interests are hunting, fishing, and being in the mountains.
